Fall = Apple crisps!

As I type I can smell the warm spiced goodness of apple crisp wafting from kitchen.

I hate cobbler, but I love any kind of crisp! I took a couple of good recipes and modified them to fit my health preferences and specific taste!

  • 1/2 c oats
  • 1/4 c coconut flour
  • 1/4 c crushed pecan
  • 1/4 c coconut oil
  • 4 medium apples
  • (Optional: drizzle of maple syrup)

Mix the dry ingredients with the coconut oil. Pour over your chopped apples and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
