Jazz things up a little with dry brushing!
I got my dry brush for Christmas a year ago, so I feel like after a year of use I have a leg to stand on while promoting this.
I used mine for the lymphatic benefits and to reduce the appearance of cellulite, ’cause your girl’s got some serious thigh dimples.
In addition to looking and feeling less puffy and having smother (not so dimpled skin), I noticed great exfoliating benefits! And, not sure of the science behind it, but my stretch marks seemed to fade away!
Dry brushing is so quick and easy to do. Brush from your feet towards your heart just before getting into the shower while you’re waiting for the water to warm up. You can do it daily or weekly based on the benefits you want to see.
