You made it to the last day of the detox. Hang in there!!
Start the morning with a detox shot: 1 T apple cider vinegar in 8oz water. Then follow that up with a light berry shake.
- 1/2 C frozen berries
- 1 T soaked chia seeds
- 1 C coconut milk
If you get hungry after breakfast you can have two boiled eggs.
Snacks today are 1/8 C walnuts and sliced peppers.
Lunch is the same as yesterday. Follow this link to yesterday’s detox meal plan and recipes.
Keep sipping on bone broth for added protein and to heal your gut lining.
On the menu tonight: turkey burgers. Serve your lean turkey burger over lettuce slides and add sliced onions with 1/3 avocado. Bake carrot sticks to serve on the side.
Practice some light yoga and meditation. Tune into how you feel and journal it.
