This Tuesday’s health tip is a healthy swap.

Make your own almond butter cups instead of buying peanut butter cups from the store.

Get these silicone cups from Amazon. They are awesome for baking and freezing homemade treats!

Heat 1/2 cup organic dark chocolate baking chips and 1/4 cup coconut oil. Mix well, be careful not to overcook!

Pour a thin layer of chocolate in the bottoms of the silicone cups and freeze.

Once the first layer of chocolate is solid, warm some almond butter and spread over the chocolate. Freeze.

And finally, add a final layer of chocolate to your treat. Freeze and enjoy!

They keep well in the freezer or refrigerator.

Perfect for when you need a sweet but don’t want to ruin your nutrition!
