Workout Wednesday

Are you ready to workout?

I have an easy new morning routine for this week.

Warm up

  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 squats
  • Repeat 3 times

Upper body

  • 10 push-ups
  • 5 tricep dips
  • 5 triangle push-ups
  • Repeat 3 times

Lower body

  • 25 courtesy lunges
  • 15 forward lunges
  • 10 squats
  • 1 minute wall sit
  • Repeat 3 times

Core and Abs

  • 25 flutter kicks
  • 15 jack knifes
  • 10 oblique crunches
  • 1 minute plank

Cool down

  • Half moon side stretch
  • Downward facing dog
  • Upward facing dog
  • Lizard pose
  • Cactus pose
