We all know that once January rolls around we’ll all be churning out resolutions for the new year and planning for a better 2022.
To set up 2022 for success, let’s start implementing health and fitness habits right now!
This November, I challenge you to four new habits. I’ll roll out a new habit for every Saturday in November. All I ask is that you take on and perfect one task per week.
Are you ready?
This Saturday will focus in on hydration. This is sooooo important for a healthy body!!!!
Today, and the rest of this week, mindfully drink more water.
Start by filling up your water jug. Check out these awesome water jugs by Iron Flask! They are colorful and fun and keep me hydrated at work all summer!
Proper hydration helps reduce hunger and those random cravings you get in the evenings after your dinner has settled.
Hydration also helps to clear up your skin and banish acne and blemishes. It keeps you moisturized from the inside out. So if you have dry skin, try upping your water intake!
Water helps with digestion. Dehydration can lead to a variety of health issues. Constipation is one of them! Drink a glass of water 30 minutes before every meal to ensure you get some fluids in.
