Hello! And welcome to my blog.

We are nearing the end of the year and getting ready to start making some new resolutions for 2022. But why wait until the end of the year? Why not start making some smaller resolutions now to kick off 2022 with a bang!

In my November fitness challenge, we will develop a new fitness habit every week, so we can roll into 2022 already feelin’ like a bad ass.

This week, Workout every morning.

I know you have busy morning and more tasks on your to-do list than you could ever get to. I do too! But trust me, this extra 10 minutes every morning will set you up to crush that to-do list!

Don’t have a morning workout routine? Not to worry. Follow this easy 10 minute morning burn to get the blood flowing and the mind stimulated.

  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 2 burpees
  • Repeat 3-6 times.
  • 15 squats
  • 10 push-ups
  • 5 lunges (each side)
  • 1 minute plank (modify as needed)
  • Repeat 2-4 times.

Practice this sun salutation sequence.

Pause at the end of each moment and take a breath. Inhale positivity, exhale negativity. Let go of anything negarive that burdens you, and replace it with gratitude.
