Self Care Sunday

Hello everyone! Happy Sunday 🙂 I hope you had a wonderful week.

Let’s get ready for the week ahead.

Time to unwind and let go of everything that happened. It’s in the past. Look into the coming week as endless opportunities! Shrug off all the worries of yesterday as you enjoy today’s self care ritual.

Get a massage

This may not be 100% feasible for you on such short notice. That’s ok. Have your partner or a close friend or family member practice gentle massage on your neck and shoulders. In the mean time, make an appointment to get a massage. Maybe make the appointment for a weekday, for a mid-week treat!

Mix 4 drops of lavender essential oil with 1 drop of peppermint essential oil. Dilute it with 1 Tbl coconut oil, and 3 drops of jojoba oil. The lavender has a soothing scent, and the peppermint leaves your skin feeling fresh and tingling!

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water before and after any massage.

Practice shoulder and neck circles before and after your massage, to loosen and stretch tight muscles.
