Eat your daily recommended fruits and vegetables!

For breakfast, top your toast with avocado and sliced tomato. Add kale to your scrambled eggs!

Gotta eat a mid-morning snack? Blend up a pineapple smoothie with spinach!

My Ninja blender is PERFECT for whipping up a quick, healthy smoothie.

For lunch, enjoy a spinach salad with strawberries and almonds. Top it with grilled salmon and a light vinaigrette. Serve with a sweet potato.

Need a snack? Celery and hummus.

Serve ginger glazed chicken over a bed of kale and quinoa. Spice it up with garlic and diced onions and peppers.

One last snack before bed? Eat some cashews and a banana.

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water!
