Simplify your schedule.

I am so guilty of overloading my schedule and taking on more and more tasks to make myself look good, and please other people and feel accomplished.

Does all this extra work really mean that much at the end of the day?

I’ve discovered that by adding more tasks to my schedule, I am taking time away from my core responsibilities.

Time to get back to the basics!

On a piece of notebook paper, list out and redefine your core responsibilities and what’s important for you to get done.

Now, start scratching off any additional tasks.

Make a list of the items you no longer wish to be responsible for, and take the appropriate action to have them removed from your schedule.
