Ditch the caffeine.

Yesterday you worked on getting hydrated. Today, Ditch your caffeine intake.

Caffeine wreaks havoc on the endocrine system and your hormones.

As part of my personal hormone balancing journey, I ditched caffeine and replaced it with a cup of morning cocoa.

  • Froth or steam 1 cup of non-dairy milk (I use almond milk).
  • Mix in 1-2 scoops of Vital Proteins mocha creamer,
  • 1 Tbl cocoa,
  • 1 Tbl Coconut oil or MCT oil,
  • And stevia or munkfruit to sweeten.
  • Enjoy!
