Wake up earlier.

On the first day of the challenge you worked on getting hydrated, then you ditched your caffeine intake yesterday to help balance your hormones and blood sugar.

Helpful hint: supplement with B12 to boost your mood and energy while you’re transitioning off of coffee. And remember to stay hydrated to properly flush out the excess vitamins!

So back to today’s challenge…

Wake up earlier today.

First I tell you to ditch the caffeine, THEN I tell you to wake up earlier???

Yes. Hear me out.

Waking up 30 minutes to an hour earlier will give you more time to get your body moving and the juices flowing to help you get through your morning without your cup of Java.

Now go set your alarm!
