Let’s jump right into today’s challenge.

Let’s make breakfast.

I know I’ve talked a lot about intermittent fasting on my blog before.

I promoted 16/8 fasting and the warrior diet for weight loss and raved about its many health benefits and rejuvenating properties. And I wasn’t wrong!

I have since developed a hormonal imbalance, and as part of healing my hormones, I only fast on certain days of my cycle.

On the flip side, there’s plenty of health benefits to eating a light, nutritious breakfast!

So let’s get cooking!

I start my morning with a warm mug of protein cocoa. It’s made of Vital Protein’s collagen creamer. It contains 10g of collagen protein, so in addition to getting a healthy dose of protein, it helps heal my gut and promote healthy hair grown.

I switch up breakfast between: egg and avocado on Ezekiel bread toast, oatmeal with almond slivers, or scrambled eggs with spinach.

On days that I need a little extra fuel, or a midmorning snack, I blend up some fruits or vegetables, seeds and fats into a smoothie.

Remember to drink lots of water!
