So far in the the challenge you worked on getting hydrated, ditched caffeine, started waking up earlier, and cooking breakfast.

Let’s take a shot to celebrate!

This morning, pour yourself a shot of apple cider vinegar and dilute it with 8oz of water.

I recommend drinking it through a straw to protect your teeth from the acid.

Now chug!
