So far in the the challenge you worked on getting hydrated, ditched caffeine, started waking up earlier, made breakfast, and took a shot of apple cider vinegar.

You’ve come a long way and built up a great morning routine! Time to add on.

Workout in the mornings.

Working out first thing in the morning is a great way to get your blood flowing, boost your mood and energy naturally and set the tone for the day. You go from that moment feeling confident and accomplished.

Workout according to your cycle for optimal results. Search my content for other posts on working out with your cycle.

And some days, you don’t have to workout!

If you’re tired, or busy, or just need a break then opt for some deep stretching and light yoga.

Just make sure you’re moving your body!
