So far in the the challenge you worked on getting hydrated, ditched caffeine, started waking up earlier, made breakfast, took a shot of apple cider vinegar, and worked out.

Let’s get showered!

Make your morning shower a ritual and a little bit of self care.

Before getting into the shower, use a dry brush to exfoliate dead skin, promote lymphatic drainage and detoxification, improve blood flow and circulation, and reduce the appearance of cellulite!

Use a pumice stone in the shower at least once a week to exfoliate your entire body with a brisk body wash. I use a pumice stone before shaving my legs for a smother shave and silky, soft skin.

Practice cupping therapy after an intense workout. It promotes circulation and reduces muscle soreness. It also pumps the skin and reduces the appearance of cellulite!

Hang eucalyptus in the shower for a fresh, invigorating scent!

And once you’re done, wrap up in a robe and meditate. Enjoy feeling so fresh and clean. Focus on relaxing each individual muscle, from your head to your toes.
